The description of 'Selma Longlegs' doesn't use apricot, but if you've ever pulled a ripe apricot directly off the tree and looked at it before eating it, that's how it usually looks here. It's got the same orange based dusted lightly with paprika. It matches the skin more than the flesh. In my mind, I think of it as apricot in color. I'm not knowledgeable enough about accepted daylily descriptions to cover the other descriptors.
