It is officially forbidden to transport plants or seeds to another country without official permission. But ... stubborn gardeners from different countries do it.
I live in Moscow, but my country house is located south of an hour and a half by car. Next week we will get - 20 degrees Celsius (-4 Fahrenheit). Summer can be +30 celsius (86 fahrenheit).
