Get it out of the bag! That will only cause the plant to rot and not do well.
This thread, as well as others, are just full of information on how to grow Phalaenopsis orchids! I myself posted a thread this past summer on how I repot them and take care of them.
No direct sunlight, never let them dry out completely and fertilize maybe four times a year.
If you visit the American Orchid Society web page at AOS.org, one of the pull downs at the top of the page has a downloadable and printable pdf file on Phalaenopsis care.
Try to confine your search on how to grow orchids to orchid sites. There is a great deal of misinformation out there. But in the meantime look through our forums on Phalaenopsis and there are several helpful and knowledgable people here to assist you.
No living thing will grow well in a plastic bag. Never have an orchid living in standing water!!
