It's Christmas morning! Hurray! Smiling Group hug

I make a really easy peanut butter fudge. I melt about 1 1/2 Lb. of Ambrosia milk chocolate in a double boiler, when melted I mix in half of a 27oz. jar of Crunchy Peanut butter. Mix until well blended and then I pour it into an 8 inch square pan that I have sprayed with a bit of Pam. Cool in the refrigerator. To cut it I bring it to room temp. You don't have to be fussy about the amounts of chocolate and PB, and can adjust to your preference if you like it more or less peanutty.
