The one from Northland Rosarium is growing on its own roots and the one from Palatine is grafted, ShawnSteve. In most cases, a grafted cultivar in my garden will grow to two or three times the size of the same own-root cultivar, and I usually avoid buying own-root roses for that very reason. In this case, however, there's no difference in the size and vigor of the two because the Flower Circus/Veranda line grows very well on its own roots.
