I'd consider going with a Williams direct vent wall unit. These units pull fresh air from outside and vent gases out the same double wall duct. With this system you don't have an open intake vent allowing cold air in constantly and no gases are released into the greenhouse. The Williams direct vent furnaces will run without any additional electrical connections so they will operate during a power outage just fine.
