It was a pasta night here too... the end of leftovers from the Christmas gatherings. Penne with peppers, onions, and pepperoni. It was a combo reheat, first microwave and then skillet which allowed me to throw in an egg, yoke kept whole and runny until the eat. Just a piece of wheat toast on the side.
