Since today is my birthday, now would be a good time to post some of the 'maybes' I have earmarked to get with my Sutton's Iris Gardens birthday gift certificate, eh? Big Grin

Much of what is on the list is based around this 2019 introduction (the name for which is not yet released). Mostly looking at coordinating or complementary colors and patterns. Reblooming characteristic is a bonus. Thumbs up

Would normally bypass a white, but I like the beard color and the faint hint of gold on the shoulders. // LOVE the yellow pattern.

Both of these are rebloomers.

Rebloomer and an IB, a type I am working on increasing in the yard. // My Favorite Martian was one of my favorite shows. And I have wanted to add more Marky Smith Irises. How can I pass up it up?

Alvin was a hero of my childhood. Hilarious! // Another childhood reference. My paternal grandmother bought the soundtrack album to Cinderella just for me (which was a big deal considering the number of grandchildren she had!). Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo still runs through my head on occasion. Lovey dubby The colors are warm enough to work with the rest.

Normally, broken color Iris are 'meh' to me, but something about this pattern I like, especially the caramel and cranberry colors. // Registered to bloom Early, Mid, and Late. Longevity is a BIG plus.

One I was looking at hard during last year's selection adventure. // The name resonates, and it is a rebloomer.
It’s okay to not know all the answers.
