I would wait and see what happens. It looks as if the oldest growth is affected. It could be some decay on that growth, which may have emerged before or during shipping. The new leaves look OK. In the middle photo, I see that the tip of the emerging scape is damaged also, but that will probably recover on its own. In the bottom photo, I can't tell if that is a decayed scape or leaf on the left. If that is a scape it probably is past saving. You can try clipping off the damaged part of the leaves and dusting the cuts with ground cinnamon. Cinnamon is the "first treatment" for a lot of problems with the bulbs. It acts as a mild antiseptic and a desiccant. Keep water out of the neck. I think that they will be fine.
