We have a long established Daylily/fruit/veg 5.25 ac farm in the Pacific Northwest. We are getting older and are considering selling. Only 3 ac are in production the balance has some alder and clear land. We'll include everything: Tractor; mower; additional tractor attachments; chickens & coop/yard; everything. Our house is 2500 sq ft that can be 3 br 2 1/2 bath.
