Sunken Gardens is awesome, Thumbs up I've been there a few times and I might start volunteering there. Try visiting the garden when it gets dark. It is even prettier when all the solar lights are on in the flower beds and over the pathways.

Sounds good, will go during the day and some other time at dark. I was angry from what I saw while there, a gal rode up on a bicycle and got scissors out of her back pack and cut a bunch of roses and took off. I thought that was rude On another note, have you ever been to Lauritzen Gardens in south Omaha? It is 100 acres, different gardens: a rail road garden with running little trains, Asian gardens, Buttery Fly Gardens, carved wood statues, a huge arboretum. Takes a good 2 hours or more to walk through it.
You can complain because roses have thorns, or you can rejoice because they have roses!
