Thank you very much @vaporvac. I quickly skimmed his blog and obviously found interesting bits and pieces...but not the article you mentioned ( I didn't look hard enough though).
Nevertheless I did find about what you've got there as lime sulphur which is different from what I was imagining as a lime sulphur mix. Mine is based on common construction lime and wettable sulphur. Yours is a concoction that is specially boiled together...it can be home made. However I will try my mix because even construction lime is used as antiseptic whitewash in our premises and suspect it will be still efective mixed up with sulphur which is a natural fungicide on its own right. My guesstimate would be twice parts sulphur to one part lime ( vol/ vol = 2 Tbs sulphur to one Tbs lime for 1 gallon water. ). Of course I have to test it.
