Leslie Renee was planted here in 2016. It bloomed that year and was pretty but that was the best I have seen. It is still here and perhaps just needs a long time to settle in. Very slow growth and perhaps the freeze thaw cycles are not to her liking. I will give her this year to up her performance but I think there are others waiting for her prime location. I have Shores of Time as well and the same info applies to that one.
