Is it a case of serendipity, or just dumb luck that I planned on planting these along the lake walk? 
I wouldn't be able to plant so much as a seed in the yard right now, it'd wash away! At least it's nice and warm today - the new roots can get a nice healthy drink before planting....I'll just wade them out into the stream that's once again flowing through the yard. 
...and, no muddy boots today...there's plenty of standing water to wash them off in.
