This is a great tip and although I don't have a potting bench or specific potting area (I pot up plants out on my deck and then sweep or hose off the excess mess) I do use Paintbrushes for dusting houseplants ... and plants in my terrariums. When I grew African Violets a few years ago, a soft paintbrush was perfect for dusting the delicate flowers.
