If I type Oncidium papilio into Kew's World Check list of accepted names, ( Oncidium the genus, papilio the species - [Papilio is NOT the genus, Psychopsis is.] )

Oncidium is not an accepted name, it is not listed in bold.
But if one types in Psychopsis papilio one gets Psychopsis papilio as the accepted name, papilio is the species.
You need to do it yourself here, it won't let me post the two different entries. I tried....

Orchidspecies.com lists Psychopsis papilio with Oncidium papilio as synonym.

Lindsey's hybrid is Psychopsis krameriana x Psychopsis papilio
