Maximum or Typical?? Sizes: Tiny(1/2" or less), Small, Medium, Large and xtralarge(6-8") - I often see someone labeling a sized semp but disagree with the size because I have seen it larger, so it might be of interest to note the type of environment when ranking size - grown as a singleton or grown as a colony. Colony size will be substantially smaller than singleton size.

For color, how about best color season (spring has best color or summer has best color). A broad brush is probably better here as environment controls appearance drastically.

For offsets, I think you are trying to be too specific. I'd be just happy to see None, rare, "Sparce", Typical, or heavy producer of offsets.
