We found this growing on a very old, abandoned property where the house had long ago been torn down. We have tentatively identified it as Rosa X alba 'Alba Semi-plena' (or Semiplena). What do you think?

I added the entry to the database and would like to add a couple of pictures. I have successfully rooted a cutting I took and am looking forward to having it next year. It is very fragrant!

I garden for the pollinators.
