I lost a few plumeria in this cold winter, and have slowly been getting rid of the dead wood. Now that the leaves have all sprouted it is easier to see which ones didn't make it.
I grabbed a big stump the other day of my beloved 'Sundance' ready to pull it out of the ground when I noticed two tiny green sprouts at the soil level. It appears this one will come back after all!! It will be a long time before it's the glorious plant it was, but I am so glad I didn't lose it altogether.
