Joshua, I've done quite a bit of experimenting with Lilium pomponium, and they almost never germinate at fridge temps from the get-go. They need a warm period first, which you had inadvertently given, before the cold germination. But there does seem to be quite a bit of variation between seed sources. I had one lot with 70% germination in the cold after just 3 weeks of warm. Mostly though, they will want 6 weeks. More is OK, but be sure they don't get too much moisture. Once they have completed they initial water imbibing, they don't really need much of anything except time to to go through the pre-germination process.
