...vs Calathea louisiae variegata.

So there appear to be 3 plants that look remarkably the same that have 3 different names.

I have had this plant since about 2008-9. I purchased it as C. louisiae variegata. In 2007, however, a nursery owner growing Calathea leitzei discovered among his plants a supposedly unique plant and named it 'Fusion White'. After years of propagating a patent was applied for in 2015 and received in 2017 to market the plant as Calathea 'Fusion White'. So I am wondering if I got an early 'Fusion White' before it was actually placed on the mass market.

Now there seems to be another (identical) calathea on the market called Calathea albertii 'White Tiger'.

All of these plants look to be virtually identical. Calathea albertii is a valid accepted species name, and the 'White Tiger' version is maybe a sport of the species plant?

So I am wondering, can I just choose the name I want to call mine and go with it? If so, I choose 'White Tiger'.
