D'Oh! The best laid plans...

I decided to move one of the 55 gallon water drums out of my greenhouse to make some more room. (I think the remaining 3 will serve the purpose.) Of course, that necessitated draining the 4 drums down and rerouting the water tubing. While doing that, I came up with the "brilliant" idea of getting the water pump off the little floor platform and putting it up on the wall to make even more room. It took me a while. I built a little shelf, rerouted the tubing for the pump, and made all the connections. After I cleaned up, I decided to run the pump. I never thought while doing all of this that by raising the pump above the top of the barrels, it can't syphon the water! D'Oh! D'Oh! D'Oh! So, now I have to disconnect it again, lower it down, cut and fasten the tubing again! Another delay in getting my seeds started! Sometimes, I outsmart myself. Grumbling
