I think it would take a DNA test to tell you if you have C. albertii or C. leitzei, Gina. Plant patents Sighing! I do not understand why anyone would go to the trouble and expense of getting a patent on a plant. It costs so much to defend a patent in court, there just can't be any profit in it.

As long as you don't plan on mass propagating and selling them commercially, I would go ahead and call it 'White Tiger'. It sure is pretty!
