Sounds tempting, but every cooked carrot bite I ever tasted, ugh; well maybe it's the texture. I just don't like cooked carrots. I have trouble dealing with beets too.

Anni, your recipe sounds good. I might try it sometime when I have something good to eat along with. I love honey and it could easily lure me anywhere. What you said up there, 'stick in the oven', I read as 'carrots on a stick in the oven drizzled in honey' and it made me think of a treat. Shish-kabobs. Green Grin!
