Karen, that's what I wonder. I have several seedling trays that I reuse every year, and soak in bleach-water. I keep thinking that bleach "residue" would be dangerous for my seedlings if it hangs around. But it sounds like from what you say that the H202 degrades fairly quickly so I can relax.
