I keep water jugs sitting out then use those to water my seedlings with I do bottom water and have a mister sitting on top of my lights like you it just kills me to water with tap water straight out of it when I run out of water from watering the pots I'm transplanting with with the same water. I keep my jugs by the furnace grate to keep the water warm they are all lined up right beside it
