We have the same situation with our county 4H newsletter. Even though the newsletters are all mailed on the same day, and don't go outside the county,, it can take a few days, to 3+ weeks to arrive. When questioning the post office, what was discovered (and this is what I was told, not what I actually know) is that bulk mail is less expensive, and therefore is processed by the various post offices when they have time and room to do so. I imagine that things are even longer than usual because of the Christmas holidays ~Jan
