My daughter recently purchased a home and the former owner left all of her houseplants as a gift. There are some very nice plants and most I have identified for her but this one I am unsure about. It reminds me of a grass; I have since divided it because the centre portion was dead and woody. Probably something I should recognize but it is alluding me.
Can anyone name it?
