Welcome @Scentamental. You did the right thing and the pot looks to be a good size for the plant. Make sure your mix is well draining, Plumeria do not like wet feet. FULL SUN is the best recipe for blooms! Once your night temperatures go below 40 you want to bring it in to a frost free environment, and they will be dormant during the winter and need no care. Good luck! Tex Huestis is a great bloomer!
