That looks like "Encore" heuchera to me...but the tricky thing with colored heuchera (coral bells) is that they can morph over the course of the season, and based upon the exposure to light where they are sited. I've had the exact same variety look very different in a shadier spot, or early or late in the season.

I grow a ton of these and never pay any attention to their flowers because their foliage is so impressive. But it can be a helpful way to determine what variety you have. Reported plant size however is not a reliable way to id a heuchera as how happy it is with light, soil and water will have a big impact on how large it grows.
