The berries look like Photinia davidiana but the leaves on that look narrower.

Stranvaesia davidiana is a synonym of Photinia davidiana. Ardisia crenata (crispa) is very similar.

It could be a cross, or variety of Photinia davidiana. A search on the RHS brings up a few ..
