Daniel: welcome to the amaryllis group. I don't think the bulbs went dormant due to a short cold spell. If the bulbs were not frozen, they may put up a second flush of leaves in late summer. if the bulbs were frozen and became soft, unfortunately they are probably dead. Its a matter of waiting to see if they recover.
