It for sure looks to be hand blown. Do you have any local glass artists down there?
Moon's 'kugelhouse' link might be a good start to finding another. I didn't look at her other link yet.

There aren't many glass blowers around anymore, though I did have a student who became one. If I can find him I'll ask him about them, but last time I heard he was in Vermont.

Sorry. I'll be on the lookout, though.
