It does look like a Romantica rose, and both Francois Rabelais and Rouge Royale are Romantica roses. I'd say it's closer to Rouge Royale. Francois Rabelais is a true red, while Rouge Royale is a dark red with more blue in the color as the bloom matures. This picture of Rouge Royale looks just like the second and third photos posted by Lynnez.
Edited to add that kbw664 grows his roses in Islamabad, so anything he grows definitely can take heat.
