Under the Fair Use Provision, you're probably okay, except that:
1) there should be a mention that you are copying under the Fair Use Provision, and
2) you should be including a URL linking the photo back to its source.

May I suggest that you be the first to set an example, and edit your post to reflect same. It would be nice to help keep the owners of this site out of legal limbo.
And lets just be clear, the Fair Use Provision is
not a blanket exception to copyright in all cases.
The safest method is to just post the link.
