This site uses the Catalogue of Life for reference and it's still listed as genus Philodendron at the CoL, which is why our database still shows it as Philo:

I wonder if perhaps the CoL isn't updated as regularly as it used to be? They only have one listing under the name Thaumatophyllum (T. spruceanum) and it states that it's a synonym for Philodendron goeldii.
