Hi Ann! I love your new intros! Congratulations!
I will post some pictures once I get this FINAL bed of daylilies planted. Yes, it is January and I am still planting daylilies. This winter has been so mild here and in other areas, I hear. This is not our typical winter. We have daylilies in pots that did not get planted in the fall. I have completely emptied a 75 daylily bed and relocated them to other areas. We have created another new bed with over 100 daylilies which is finished except for the mulch. I plan to move all our toothy daylilies and TET UFs and spiders still in pots to the emptied bed. The TET UFS coming in April from Judy Davisson must go here, too. I am on the downhill side finally! I should have learned my lesson of no more large numbers of daylilies to plant! Oh, no, our spring arrivals are growing...Got to DOWNSIZE SOON!!! This summer we must make some serious choices of which daylilies to keep and which to move out. After all, there are future daylilies from Floyd Cove and other hybridizers to add in the years to come.
