I'm thinking, if I start eating more nutritious foods ( including wheat germ) & drink a little less coffee , it may help. But I enjoy having it in the morning & seeing, what's starting to flower, or what's been getting damage from rabbits & insects...Or, what needs water, or weeds pulled.
It is the energy, to keep digging, to keep on planting, even more, that takes the most effort ! Yes, getting older sure has slowed me down, & it's been a big adjustment for me., to move at a slower pace. Nice to know, I'm not the only one !. Starting a new garden sure does include extra work, that's for sure & just don't seem to have it, when it's too hot & can't dig, when overly dry, or soggy from thunderstorms..
