Self-seeds in same area every year.

Some leaves are very distinctive, showing as 5-pointed rather than the typical tri-lobed, oblong-ovate or heart-shaped.

Flowers are smaller than typical ornamental glories - about 1.5" to 2" across.

Flowers are always a soft, what I would call a, true blue.

Fruit is covered with dense, short hairs.

Mature seed is black.

Plant has a vining habit, usually to about 4'. I haven't observed it growing much taller/longer.

I haven't noticed it anywhere else on the surrounding property, or in our natural areas.

Any ideas?

[I should have more photos available if needed.]
