The soil formulas for the Fernwood potting mix formulas are in my book so that would be a good start. Here in the US many of us grow the semps in raised beds rather than pots. When I receive plants from Europe, I plant them in pots until they are adapted but I use a simple Miracle Gro potting mix with gravel on top.
