I often have seeds at the end of summer though I don't usually take stock of them until early January. By March, I had already started everything I want to start and given away everything else. But I'm in Canada. I ask people to send me a SASE and let me know which ones they are interested in. BUT, are you aware that hosta seeds will not come true to the parent plant? The vast majority will be solid green plants.
