Those are indeed Dendrobiums. They are all members of the Latouria group within Dendrobiums. I say within Dendrobiums because there are over 20 different groups within the genus Dendrobium! It is one of the largest genera within orchids.
If you go back to last June within our orchid forums, I posted a thread on how I repot these plants.
Here is a quick outline:
Grow in good light, a couple hours of morning sun is good.
They like to be cramped at the roots so keep them in as small of a pot as possible.
Keep them in a mix of small particle size. They do not like to go bone dry. They like to be watered and watered again before they get too dry. BUT they don't want to live in a swamp either.
They will bloom again and again from the canes or pseudobulbs. Never remove them until they are dead.
Repot them into fresh media every 2 years.
These were bred by H&R Nurseries in Hawaii. The crosses could be researched through their web site to get a proper hybrid name.
