Keep in mind that we just moved into this house, and I was pregnant for one spring, and an infant for the next! Let's just say that the (ornamental) gardens have come MUCH slower than I would have liked.

That said, yes- I do grow daylilies! I have about 20 different varieties (give or take), and about half of them bloomed last year, which was their first year planted.

I haven't had any problems with any of them, but it helps that all of the ones I have came from vic who was gracious enough to share her garden with me so that I could get a good start! She's also in a southern, humid climate, so they are used to that.

Needless to say, I'll be expanding my collection as often as possible Green Grin! I especially get foamy at the mouth when I'm browsing through the database's newest pictures! NOT good for my budget!
