Thanks for the tips on red roses.
I don't know about Red Eden, but some roses don't open when there has been rain or high humidity. The only time I have trouble with any of the ones I grow to open is if they were infested with aphids or other pest.
Tiffany gets sprayed with "plant aspirin" aka Bayer disease control. She is near my yellow Austins and other roses that get blackspot. All of my roses get neems/baking soda/soap spritz from time to time except Jens Munk.
