Hi guys.
Uh...sorry it took me so long to see this. D'Oh! *Blush* You guys would probably know more about that flower than I. It was one of the very first plants I ever had and it was given to me. It was a tiny little seedling just sprouting and left on my doorstep with an invitation to attend an event in my new neighborhood at the time. The container was a little plastic one like you would get at a big box store for a couple of dollars and it was labeled a Hibiscus and had one of those general plant care plastic spikes inserted in it.

I liked the picture of the plant on the spike (a red Hibiscus) and I didn't want to see the plant die so I 'adopted it' and brought it indoors and potted it. A few months later the photo you see is the end result.

My dog constantly nibbled at it Rolling my eyes. and the plant got some kind of aphid or little white bug. I never could quite get rid of them. It died soon after the picture was taken. That picture is about 7 or 8 years old so I have no other information on the plant.

I apologize for having not gotten back sooner. Please feel free to label it accordingly as you know Hibiscus better than I. I grow cacti, aloes and agaves. Like I said, I 'adopted' the plant because it was growing and I didn't want to see it die.
To boldly grow where no man has lawn before.
