Good for you, Molly! Its warming up more every day here, I'm ready to be in the sun! The warmth held in the jugs is still good for the seedlings, as long as its not getting too warm. If they're getting too warm, they dry out quickly, so if they're staying nice and moist and the babies look good, you may want to leave them on. Opening them as Karen suggested is a good way to go.
