Welcome,
@osambrows.
I can only tell you how I germinate adenium seeds. I'm certainly no expert though I have approximately 100 desert roses, from tiny seedlings to 40 year old plants. I use seed-starter trays, with 72 or 98 "compartments". I fill those cells with seed-starter media and then soak the media for 15-30 min. so that it'll be moist. I punch a hole with the eraser end of a pencil, a hole about 1/4" deep, putting a single seed in that hole. I then sprinkle the media over the entire tray, filling the holes. I'll then mist that seed-laden tray to moisten the new media. That tray will be put in my shade-house, a shaded structure built for my orchid collection. This tray will never get sun. The shade-cloth is 50%, so the sun's rays are reduced by that amount. That's where my tray will stay through germination. When the seedlings are about 3" tall, each plant, including the seed-starting media, will then be moved to individual 2-3" pots. I use regular, well-draining potting soil to fill in the pot. Those pots remain in the shade-house until they have grown another inch or two and then they are acclimated to full sun. This process takes me approximately 3-4 mo.
By the way, fresh seeds are far superior to old seeds, even seeds that are only weeks old. At least that's been my experience. My fresh seeds germinate almost 100% and will germinate in 1-2 wk.
Here's my shade-house (just so you understand shading), a tray of seedlings, and seedlings potted up.
