If you look in the upper right quadrant you will see a white insect. I believe that is a white fly. If the infestation is really bad it can kill the plant. Look on the underside of the leaves for white cottony clumps - larvae. I usually smoosh them.
First year sleep. Second year creep. Third year leap!
