So, re-potting a a good idea anyway ? It a ceramic pot, it will be very difficult to remove bulb from there, But I will try.
I checked the bulbs now again, it is not very soft, it is a little soft, like you have a bulb after a big bloom in the start of the season without any leaves.
I more thinking about old soil that was not replaced for 4-5 years. Can this be the case ?
