I would never suggest enclosing that tray/pot in cellophane wrap. That would surely encourage fungal growth. Any air movement is far better than none. The worst that will happen while you are away is that the seed-starting media will dry out, but that won't really harm the seeds. If you have seedlings sprouting, they won't do well with extended "drought" though.
